Some closing comments

This research blog comprises my annotated bibliography, as part of my PhD at SIAT. I'm no longer updating this blog (which is probably obvious), however I find that it is useful to leave it up, as a number of people have contacted me over the years to correct issues, provide feedback, and ask questions. Having this online also allows me to use a growing number of tools for analysis popular in the digital humanities and elsewhere.

However, I'm not a slave to the digital. I use a variety of methods and practices to "think" through the research. I thought I'd close out the blog with just a couple of images documenting a the analog version of my process. I used a mind-mapping software tool to create a map of the artifacts in this blog (journal articles, chapters, books, and artworks) and then color-coded them by hand. It was a good opportunity to review everything in here and really consider the body of knowledge I had assembled. It's a useful exercise and I recommend trying it out. Now, back to writing the dissertation....
